Repeat Prescription Information

You are only able to order repeat prescription items via the on-line service; these are your regular medications you order monthly.
If your require any items the doctor prescribed as short term treatments such as antibiotics or creams, you will still need to contact the practice to order these items.
If you have not ordered certain items for a long time, they may not appear on the order list, again you will need to contact the practice to order these items. Please visit the My Health Online portal .   If you wish to use this option please download the My Health On Line proof of identity form below first and bring it to the surgery together with photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill so that you may begin your My Health Online registration process.

Place your Repeat Prescription list into the box provided in the Dispensary hatch.

We have a Pharmacist working at the practice one day per week.

Rebecca Williams assists the clinical staff with medication reviews and queries.

As a Dispensing Practice, we can offer a dispensing service for our patients who qualify according to the rules laid down by the NHS Wales Business Service Centre.  For further details of eligibility, please ask at reception.

If you wish for your repeat medication to be collected by a local chemist, please indicate this on the request.

If you are receiving regular repeat medication and have not seen the doctor or nurse in the past 12 months, you will need to attend surgery for a Medication Review.

We would appreciate 48 hours’ notice when requesting repeat medication.  If possible, could you collect your repeat medication after 2:00 p.m. the following day.
