Travel Clinic
Please visit our Travel Vaccinations page and please complete a travel risk assessment form prior to your meeting, you can also get a copy from the surgery. The Practice Nurses will offer travel health advice and vaccinations for polio, typhoid, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria and tetanus. You will need to be seen by the Practice Nurse at least 4 weeks before you travel.
Well Person Clinics
Well Person Clinics are held at the surgery by making an appointment to see the Doctor or Practice Nurse:
Well Woman
Cervical Screening Programme: You may be requested to attend via a letter from the surgery or a computerised card from Cervical Screening Wales.

Antenatal Clinic
The Midwife will see Antenatal patients alternate Fridays between 9.20 am and 11.00am at the Surgery.
Baby Clinic and Child Immunisation Clinic
The Practice Nurse and Health Visitor hold a Baby Clinic every Thursday between 12.00 p.m. and 13.00 p.m. for immunisation and booked appointments only. From 11.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. all parents are welcome to call in without an appointment, for general advice on baby and child health care with the Health Visitor.
Child Health Surveillance Clinic
These Clinics are held on Thursdays between 11.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. The Doctors in association with the Health Visitors perform routine development assessments for babies and young children at eight weeks and seven to nine months of age.
Chronic Disease Clinics
Every Wednesday by appointment only.

COPD/Respiratory Clinic
Every Wednesday by appointment only.
Coronary Heart Disease Clinic
Every Wednesday by appointment only.
Diabetic Clinic
Every Wednesday by appointment only.
Phlebotomy Service
We employ a Phlebotomist from the Trust. Sessions are provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. - 10.30 a.m.
If you are unable to attend when the Trust Phlebotomist is on site, the Health Care Assistant is available every morning between Monday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m.
Please note that there is no blood taking service on a Friday.
Smoking Cessation Clinic
If you wish to stop smoking - sessions may be provided either in-house or externally by a qualified counsellor. Referral for this Clinic is by a Doctor or Practice Nurse from within the practice or by phoning directly the All Wales Smoking Cessation Service on 0800 2781369.
Tetanus
This can be given any day during Surgery hours.

Every Wednesday afternoon by appointment only.
Insurance Medical and Non-NHS Procedures (e.g. HGV Licence etc.)
An administration fee will be charged.

Minor Surgery
Every Tuesday at 11.30 by appointment only.
